We are looking for:

Volunteer Roles and Responsibilities

The Africa Game Time Summit offers media professionals a variety of engagement and visibility opportunities

Event Coordination

  • Assist in the setup and management of the event venue at UM6P and Ritz-Carlton, Rabat, Morocco.
  • Help manage sessions, workshops, and special events like the Awards Gala Night.

Guest Services

  • Welcome and guide delegates, speakers, and participants, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Provide information about event schedules, venues, and logistics.

Media and Communications

  • Support the media team in coordinating interviews, press conferences, and live event coverage.
  • Manage social media updates and assist with photography or videography during the summit.

Logistics Support

  • Help coordinate transportation, accommodation, and on-site arrangements for VIP guests, speakers, and attendees.
  • Assist in managing the Deal Room, exhibition spaces, and hospitality zones.

Administrative Assistance

  • Work with the organizing committee on documentation, reporting, and participant registration.
  • Support the development of the post-event report for public leadership and stakeholders.
